“Did you feed her?”
You trade nights. You love your kid. You do not love the 3am text chain. One shared timeline — nothing logged twice, nothing missed.
“Everyone helps. Nobody’s on the same page.”
Grandparents, sitters, the occasional friend — four calendars, zero memory. Loop everyone in with a code; revoke access any time.
“What happened on mom’s shift?”
You’re watching the baby Mon–Wed. Skip the 10-minute debrief — open the app and know every feed, nap and note since your shift started.
“I need a clean handoff, every day.”
Start each shift with a structured brief, end it with a one-tap report parents actually want to read. Pro switches across families in a single tap.
Early families tell us ParentPod ends the "did you feed her?" handoff stress within a week.
“We stopped whispering through handoffs. We just open the app.”
“My mom, the sitter and I finally see the same timeline. Game-changer.”
“Voice logging while pumping is the feature I didn't know I needed.”
Three features do the heavy lifting. Everything else is a quiet bonus.
Every feed, diaper and nap — logged by whoever's on shift, visible to your whole team in real time.
Say "log 4oz bottle" or "start nap" while your hands are full. One-handed, hands-free, even in the dark.
An AI that actually reads your baby's patterns. Ask anything and get grounded answers — not generic tips.
Log once, share with everyone, let the app do the remembering.
Tap, swipe, or speak — one action, done.
Share a code. Everyone syncs instantly.
AI learns your baby’s rhythm and predicts what’s next.
A 3am founder's note.
The night my son was born, I watched my partner and I invent a whole side job on top of the one we already had — remembering things. Feeds. Diapers. Who slept when. Who’s on next.
I’d been building software for a decade. None of the “baby trackers” I downloaded were built for two people in the same house, let alone a grandparent across town or a nanny showing up on Tuesday. They were spreadsheets in a cute t-shirt.
So on my parental leave, I started building the tool I actually wanted — one that treated parenting like the team sport it already is. ParentPod is the result. It’s been used by my family first, and it’s still the app I check before my coffee.
If you’re in the weeds with a newborn right now: I see you. I built this for us.
Quotes from families in our private test group — co-parents, single parents, and one very patient nanny.
“The 3am feed-and-sleep handoff used to be a whispered text chain. Now we both just open ParentPod. Fewer fights, more sleep.”
“I’m a solo parent with my mom on Mon–Wed and a sitter Thu–Fri. Everyone sees the same timeline — no more ten-minute debriefs at every handoff.”
“As a nanny across two families, the structured handoff report and one-tap family switching saved my evenings. Parents actually read the end-of-shift summary now.”
“Voice logging while pumping with a baby in the other arm is honestly the feature I didn’t know I needed. ‘Log 3oz pumped’ and done.”

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, never train on it, and never share it with third parties. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account in one tap. We follow COPPA, GDPR and CCPA requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. The AI reads your child’s recent activity when you ask a question — your feeds, your sleep logs, your growth entries — and responds only within that session. Nothing from your account is used to train ParentPod’s foundational models or any third-party model. Each Pod Coach reply is built fresh from your data in a short-lived context and then discarded. In plain English: the AI can see your baby’s rhythm when you ask; it doesn’t go off and memorize it.
Free supports one child, Core two, Family six, Pro unlimited. Siblings share one family account so the whole village has a single view.
No — and we’re careful about that. ParentPod deliberately excludes medical and medication tracking. It does generate a clean pediatric summary PDF you can print or email for doctor visits.
