Who it's for

One day. Three caregivers. Zero debriefs.

Not one parent with a spreadsheet brain — the whole village, finally on one page. Watch a real Tuesday move through the pod.

  1. Maya · Mom

    Night shift · 10pm–6am

    “Did you feed her?”

You trade nights. You love your kid. You do not love the 3am text chain. Everything Maya logs — half-asleep, by voice — lands on the shared timeline instantly.

    Logged: 2:10am feed · 4oz · back down at 2:40

  2. Dev · Dad

    Morning shift · 6am–12pm

    “What happened overnight?”

Dev opens the app and knows — no whispered debrief over the crib. The overnight brief is already there: feeds, wakes, and Maya's note about the new swaddle.

Read overnight brief · added: 8:32am bottle

  3. Teresa · Nanny

    Tue & Thu · 12pm–6pm

“I need a clean handoff, every day.”

Teresa starts each shift with a structured brief and ends it with a one-tap report parents actually read. Grandparents get the same view — invite anyone with a code, revoke any time.

Three things. That's it.

Built for 3am hands and 3pm handoffs.

Three features do the heavy lifting. Everything else is a quiet bonus.

Voice logging

When your hands are full, just talk to it.

Holding a bottle? Rocking to sleep? Never put them down just to log an activity again.

  • Natural phrasing, parsed by AI — “log 4oz bottle” just works
  • Background timers that keep running
  • Works offline, syncs when you're back
  • One-handed, hands-free, even in the dark
Listening…
“Log a 4oz bottle and start a nap timer.”

Parsed offline · syncs when you're back

Shared timeline

Never ask “did you feed her?” again.

Every feed, diaper and nap — logged by whoever's on shift, visible to the whole team in real time.

  • One-tap shift handoff with a complete summary
  • Invite anyone with a code, revoke any time
  • In-app messaging by child
  • Weekly schedule grid for the whole village

Logged twice by accident?
It de-duplicates. Nothing missed, nothing doubled.
AI Pod Coach

An AI that actually knows your baby.

Pod Coach reads your child's actual feeding, sleep and growth data — then answers with real, grounded context, not generic tips.

  • Ask anything about your baby, get sourced answers
  • DreamTime nap-window predictions
  • Proactive insight cards when patterns shift
  • Pediatric summary PDF for doctor visits
from real logs, not a forum
Pod Coach
Knows Lena's patterns
Lena's last three nights started with a 40-minute stretch, then a longer wake. That usually points to overtiredness at bedtime, not hunger. Try wind-down at 6:45pm tonight instead of 7:15.

From the founder

A 3am founder's note.

I built ParentPod at 3am, with a bottle in my other hand.

The night my son was born, I watched my partner and I invent a whole side job on top of the one we already had — remembering things. Feeds. Diapers. Who slept when. Who’s on next.

I’d been building software for a decade. None of the “baby trackers” I downloaded were built for two people in the same house, let alone a grandparent across town or a nanny showing up on Tuesday. They were spreadsheets in a cute t-shirt.

So on my parental leave, I started building the tool I actually wanted — one that treated parenting like the team sport it already is. ParentPod is the result. It’s been used by my family first, and it’s still the app I check before my coffee.

If you’re in the weeds with a newborn right now: I see you. I built this for us.

Fewer 3am texts. More sleep.

Quotes from families in our private test group — co-parents, single parents, and one very patient nanny.

“The 3am feed-and-sleep handoff used to be a whispered text chain. Now we both just open ParentPod. Fewer fights, more sleep.”
Maya & Dev R. Co-parents · 4-month-old
“I’m a solo parent with my mom on Mon–Wed and a sitter Thu–Fri. Everyone sees the same timeline — no more ten-minute debriefs at every handoff.”
Priya S. Single parent · 7-month-old + grandparent
“As a nanny across two families, the structured handoff report and one-tap family switching saved my evenings. Parents actually read the end-of-shift summary now.”
Teresa H. Professional nanny · 2 families
“Voice logging while pumping with a baby in the other arm is honestly the feature I didn’t know I needed. ‘Log 3oz pumped’ and done.”
Jordan L. Breastfeeding mom · 6-week-old

Biometrics & intelligence

Clinical-grade signal, without the clinic.

Growth charts on WHO standards, plotted from whatever the village logs. Pod Coach reads the same data — so its advice cites your baby's actual nights, not a parenting forum.

  • Weight, length and head circumference on WHO percentile curves
  • Insight cards that cite the logs behind them
  • One-tap pediatric summary PDF for doctor visits
  • No medical or medication tracking — by design

Frequently asked

Answers before you ask.

Is ParentPod really free to start?

Yes. Track one child with core logging — feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and more — forever, no credit card. Upgrade when you want more.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone, iPad, Android, and any modern browser. Offline-first — log without signal, everything syncs when you’re back online.

How does caregiver sharing work?

Share a simple invite code. They install ParentPod, link to your child, and see every activity in real time. Revoke access any time.

Is our data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, never train on it, and never share it with third parties. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account in one tap. We follow COPPA, GDPR and CCPA requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If Pod Coach “learns my baby’s rhythm,” is it training an AI on my data?

No. The AI reads your child’s recent activity when you ask a question — your feeds, your sleep logs, your growth entries — and responds only within that session. Nothing from your account is used to train ParentPod’s foundational models or any third-party model. Each Pod Coach reply is built fresh from your data in a short-lived context and then discarded. In plain English: the AI can see your baby’s rhythm when you ask; it doesn’t go off and memorize it.

Can I track more than one child?

Free supports one child, Core two, Family six, Pro unlimited. Siblings share one family account so the whole village has a single view.

Does it replace my pediatrician?

No — and we’re careful about that. ParentPod deliberately excludes medical and medication tracking. It does generate a clean pediatric summary PDF you can print or email for doctor visits.
